At TheNatural, we want you to feel as good as our organic fabrics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original eco-friendly packaging with all tags still attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
